Chairman's address: Chairman's Address "Following the promotion of the first team to Stroud League Division Two the players face a new challenge to retain their status quo or hopefully push on for promotion. The challenge will be difficult as all the teams in Division Two have the same objective but the quality of players and the right attitude could put us in the running. The second team also are hopeful of a good season which would see them at the top end of Division Four after their struggle against relegation last season. The third team will, as ever, give our younger players the chance to gain experience while offering the opportunity to more experienced players to help improve the standard of football in the team. The youth teams are in good hands with Mark Davies and Chris Tooze managing the Under 15 and under 12s respectively. Sandy Davies will be taking the training for the under-9s. Good luck to everyone for the forthcoming season.I hope you all enjoy your football whether as a player or supporter." Chairman Mike Clarke Training is held at Shadwell Playing Fields on Tuesday evenings at 7pm thanks to Dave Hill all members are encouraged to attend. New players are always welcome!
